Chesapeake's 2024 Intern Class starts on January 9 and runs through graduation on March 26, 2024. Some of the things that they will learn are Botany, Landscape Design, Propogation and How to Grow Edible Herbs.  It also include 50 hours of volunteer training working with Perennial Gardeners and learning a variety of gardening skills.
